Dr. Joseph Moon

Pediatric Dentist

Dr. Joseph Moon was born and raised in Los Angeles, but he now proudly calls Texas home. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Applied Exercise Science from Azusa Pacific University. He then received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health at A.T. Still University in Mesa, AZ. After practicing general dentistry for one year, he discovered a love for working with children. He returned for additional training at the Advanced Education in Pediatric Dentistry program with NYU Langone Hospitals. He is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the American Dental Association. He is also a board-eligible member of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.

Dr. Moon’s passion for treating children grew from meeting many fearful adults who had poor dental experiences as kids. He related to and empathized with these patients, and that inspired him to provide better care. Today, his mission is to deliver high-quality care while creating a fun, welcoming experience for every patient.

In his free time, Dr. Moon enjoys traveling, experiencing new cultures, and spending time with his wife Gaby, their daughter Colleen, and their corgi Rey. He is an avid mountain biker and pickleball player, an automobile enthusiast, and a fan of camping in the great outdoors. Visiting every national park in the United States is on his bucket list.
